Captain guide
Register and confirm
Open your organiser’s registration invite, sign in with the correct Discord account, and enter a team name, five starters including you and up to two substitutes. An organiser may need to approve the roster. For a recurring team, open My Teams or your captain page and check the next event, division, confirmation deadline and roster approval status. Select CONFIRM PARTICIPATION every applicable week. Opening the page does not confirm you.
A change to a previously approved roster needs fresh approval. WITHDRAW FROM THIS TOURNAMENT skips only that event; LEAVE RECURRING COMPETITION stops future automatic entry. Retired teams and historical results are managed separately.
Report and confirm games (new matches)
Open My Matches (across your captain-owned Discord servers) and choose the fixture. If your team won a game, click Report Game Victory and upload one PNG/JPEG/WebP/PDF scoresheet, up to 10 MB. The opposing captain checks the secure evidence and selects Confirm game result; confirmation needs no new upload. To challenge it, enter a reason and select Dispute game result; one supporting file is optional. Disputed games wait for an organiser, and confirmed games can be corrected through an audited administrator process.
Legacy match reports are different: an older SUBMIT MATCH REPORT form can still ask each captain for two scoresheets. Follow the visible form; do not upload two files to the new per-game form.
Draft event
If selected as a draft captain, follow the web page when it is your turn to pick. Click the button beside an available player; the draft follows 2/1/2/1 and supports passing eligible optional picks. Players stay in the waiting room until selection completes; the bot moves connected assigned participants into temporary team rooms after draft completion in the new workflow.
